Returns

As most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. In the rare case a return is accepted due to no fault of Bougie Glitter, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee and return shipping cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date of your order by replying to your order confirmation email, or at the following email address: info@shopbougieglitter.com and include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Cancellations

You have two hours after placing your order, to allow for any modifications, cancellations, or adjustments. After the allotted two hours, no refunds will be given and only adjustments to shipping addresses may be made. You can contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or at the following email address: info@shopbougieglitter.com. In the rare case a cancellation is accepted, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
